Luís Menezes Pinheiro

Luís Menezes Pinheiro, professor at the Department of Geosciences at the University of Aveiro (UA) and president of the Portuguese Committee of the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (COI / UNESCO), has represented Portugal on the Executive Board of this UNESCO body since 2016, because our country has just been re-elected.
